Setup for Fire TV/Google TV Devices.

Setting up your TV is fairly straightforward, however we appreciate that some people are less technically minded as others, so this is the simplest way available to get Equinox onto your chosen device. Please note that the method of installing the app is the same for both platforms, however activating developer options varies.Below are the steps that need to be followed in order to access Equinox content on your Amazon Firestick or Google TV device...Step One
Install Downloader App
Search for and install the Downloader App from the Amazon Appstore/Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, do NOT open it yet.
Step Two
Enable Developer Mode
You must enable developer mode to reveal the “Developer Options” menu. This is done by going to Settings > My Fire TV > About and tapping the first “Fire TV…” menu item 7 times.
If you are using a Google Device, this is done from Settings > Device > About and tapping the Build Number menu item 7 times.
Step Three
Download Neptune by EQX.
Press your home button and navigate to the Downloader app you previously installed. When the app loads you will see a large URL bar at the top of the screen. Click into this and your on-screen keyboard will load. Using your navigation keys on your remote, type in the following URL:

Installation Process
Throughout the installation of the application, you will be asked to allow permissions on your device. Simply follow the instructions and prompts provided, and ensure all permissions are accepted/allowed. Failure to do this will result in the app malfunctioning and not working correctly.
Step Five
Login to your Equinox Account
Once the app is successfully installed, navigate to your apps on your device and load the app named Neptune by EQX.. When you first open the app you will be asked to "Add Playlist", click on this button and Equinox will already be there for you to select. You will now need to login to the app with your username and password provided. If you require any further assistance, please use the Support Chat.

Setup for Mobile Devices.

In order to access Equinox on your mobile device (phone or tablet), you will need to get a different app to the one you use on TV.AndroidIf you have an Android device i.e. Samsung, Google, Oppo, Huawei, OnePlus etc. you will be able to click the Android button above this text and you will be linked directly to the installation file for the mobile app.
Install the app, ensuring that you accept all permission requests from the Android system.
Once installed, simply open the app, enter the Server Number: 5999 and login with your Equinox username/password.
Apple/iOSIf you have an Apple device i.e. iPhone, iPad, Mac or MacBook you will be able to click the Apple/iOS button above this text and you will be linked directly to the installation for the mobile app.

FAQ section.

I want to find my expiry date...On the Neptune app, if you want to check your expiry date, you can do this by doing the following:From the Neptune home screen on the main menu on the left:- Select Settings
- Select Playlists
- Select Equinox
- Select Xtream Codes parameters
Your expiry date is shown at the bottom of this dialog 👍I have an Error CodeIn the first instance, you need to hard reset your device. To do this, follow the steps below:1. Unplug your device from mains power, by either removing the power cable or unplugging the power socket at the wall2. Wait for 30-60 seconds3.
